Smart home and commercial automation for luxury residences and premium businesses. We design it, install it, watch it and keep it right. You simply live — or work — in it.

Monitored around the clock Residences & businesses Connecticut
Hands-off, by design

You won't manage your property. We will.

No apps to learn. No hubs to reset. No calls to five different vendors. One firm owns the whole experience — for your home, your business, or both — from the first walk-through to the years after.

Designed

Lighting, climate, shades, security and sound, planned around how each room is actually used.

Installed

A quiet, clean installation. Everything configured, named and tested before we hand over a single screen.

Watched

Your property checks in with us every minute. When something drifts, we notice before you do.

Looked after

Updates, fixes and seasonal changes are handled for you — usually without anyone needing to visit.

The screen

Your property, drawn from its own plans.

We turn your floor plans into a precise 3D model, then put it on a screen on the wall. To dim the great room, you touch the great room. Nothing to learn, and nothing to hunt for. For a business, the same screen shows every floor, suite and location.

Modelled, not sketched

It looks like your house because it is your house.

The same model sits behind every screen on the property and on your phone. When you add a room or renovate, we update the model — you never redraw a thing.

7:40 PM · Arrival

You arrive. The house is already ready.

The path lights come up as you turn in. The door knows you. Inside, it's warm, the lamps are low, and the music you like is playing quietly in the kitchen.

  • Climate eases from away to home
  • Driveway and entry lights on
  • Front door unlocks, then relocks behind you
Care

It keeps working. You never find out why.

Most smart systems decay the day the installer leaves. Ours are watched. Every system reports its health to us around the clock, and we keep it right — quietly, in the background.

  • Checked every minuteIf a sensor's battery fades or a device drops off, we know within minutes — not when a light fails to come on.
  • Fixed remotely, with your permissionMost issues are solved from our desk, in a session you approve. No appointment, no one at the door.
  • Updates proven firstEvery update is tested across the other properties we look after before it reaches yours. A bad one never makes it through.
  • One number to callNot the lighting company, the AV firm and the alarm vendor. Just us, for all of it.

Every property

The lake house runs itself. So does the office.

Primary residence, lake house, city apartment, the office downtown — all on one screen, all watched by the same team. Arrive to any of them warm, lit and ready.

Discretion

Private by design.

Your property should know you. No one else needs to.

Runs locallyYour system's brain lives on the property. If the internet goes down, the lights, locks and climate keep working.
We see health, not youWe monitor whether systems are working. Not your cameras, your media, your guests or your staff.
Access by consentRemote help is requested per visit, time-limited, and approved by you. You receive a record of everything done.
Signed and sealedSoftware updates are cryptographically signed, so nothing unapproved can ever be pushed onto your property.
Process

Four steps. Only the first one needs you.

  1. 01ConsultationWe walk the property with you — or your house or facilities manager — and learn how the space is used.
  2. 02DesignA tailored plan and a 3D model of your property, reviewed together before anything is installed.
  3. 03InstallationQuiet, tidy, scheduled around you — or after business hours. Every room tested, every screen set up before handover.
  4. 04AutopilotWe monitor, maintain and update it from then on. You simply live, or work, in it.

Every property is scoped individually. We'll give you a clear proposal after the consultation.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

How much does an Ayvra system cost?

Every property is scoped individually, whether it's a residence or a business. After a consultation and walk-through we give you a clear written proposal covering design, installation and ongoing care — no surprises afterwards.

Do you work with businesses as well as homes?

Yes. We automate offices, boutique hospitality, restaurants, retail showrooms and professional practices, as well as luxury residences. A business gets the same standard: one team, one screen, monitored and maintained for you.

Can you manage several locations at once?

Yes. Every property we look after reports to the same monitoring platform, so a portfolio of offices or venues — or a main residence and a lake house — is watched and maintained as one.

Will anyone have to learn an app?

No. Your property runs on a wall screen drawn from its own floor plan: to dim the great room or the lobby, you touch the great room or the lobby. The same view is on your phone when you're away.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Everything keeps working. Lighting, locks, climate and scenes run locally inside the building, not in someone else's cloud.

Can you work with the system we already have?

Often, yes. During the consultation we assess your existing lighting, shades, climate, audio-visual and security and tell you plainly what we can keep and what we would replace.

Who can see what happens on our property?

We monitor whether your systems are healthy — not your cameras, your media, your guests or your staff. Remote help only happens in a session you approve, and you receive a record of everything done.

Where does Ayvra Automation work?

We design, install and look after smart homes and commercial properties throughout Connecticut. Tell us about the property and we'll confirm availability.
